The main active character in this game is Pac-Medic. He lives in the human body to eliminate evil microbes. The goal is to collect all the erythrocytes (red blood cells), running away with the harmful germs. There are two types of microbes which must be defeated. Do not try to kill all the germs, if you see them get away and survive. In the body, there are super-red blood cells, which give Pac-Medic the temporary ability to destroy harmful germs. Pac-Medic gets bonus points for the collected blood cells, red blood cells and super-germs for destruction. For every 5,000 points scored Pac-Medic gets an extra life.
